By accessing or purchasing from Golden Age Treasures™ (“Golden Age Treasures”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) at goldenage.world, goldenage.shop, or related platforms (“the Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Site.
At checkout, you must confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the most current version of these Terms. Checking the box at checkout constitutes ongoing consent to any updates, which may be made at our discretion at any time. The date of the latest change in terms is always noted at the top of this page. This Site and its products are offered from the U.S. International users are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws and regulations. This Site is not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations (including HIPAA, FISMA, GLBA). You may not use the Site in any way that would subject us to those requirements.
You must be at least 18 years old to use or purchase from this Site.
CANCELLATION, REFUND, AND COUPON POLICY
All sales are final. Refunds, returns, or credits will not be issued for any Golden Age Treasures™ product, subscription, retreat, or offering. This includes consumables, jewelry, digital items, and any promotional purchases. Be sure to read every product description in full. The item you receive may not be pictured and all sizes are approximate.
We do not offer credits, refunds, or prorated billing for canceled subscriptions or missed promotions. Golden Age Treasures™ may, at its sole discretion, provide a one-time accommodation in rare and exceptional situations. Such cases do not set precedent and should not be interpreted as an entitlement. This includes any currently advertised coupon or discount that was not used at the time of checkout.
Failure to use an available coupon or sale does not qualify for any retroactive price adjustment. By placing an order, you confirmed you were of sound mind and body and agreed to all terms including pricing and shipping by checking the agreement box prior to payment.
We reserve the right to refuse service to individuals who demonstrate an ongoing pattern of aggressive, inappropriate, or excessive customer service demands.
Unless otherwise stated, all sales are non-returnable.
SHIPPING & HANDLING, PRODUCT AVAILABILITY, SALES, AND CONTACT
We currently only offer free U.S. shipping on in-stock items over $444. Express and Priority Mail is not available for BioCeuticals or out-of-stock items, even if selected during checkout. While no refunds are offered, we will pack your shipment in priority order within the stated processing times below in order to ship as soon as possible in the very next batch shipment. Per notes on the checkout screen, always re-select your shipping method as the system re-selects the shipping method once it processes your shipping address. If you order multiple times during the 15 business day period, your items will be shipped together with no longer than a 5 business day delay. If you request additional items to your order, the processing time will start after the added items are ordered.
BioCeuticals are made to order and may require 7 business days for ingredient preparation. Orders may ship in multiple packages. Following this prep time, processing time for all orders is up to 15 business days, and up to 30 business days for international orders, backorders, and winter months. We are located in the mountains, and weather or access limitations can impact travel and shipping. Please plan ahead if your order is time-sensitive.
All new products are hand-packed in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. Packaging (bags or jars) may vary based on availability. Prices are based on bag packaging; jars are complimentary while supplies last.
Backorders and pre-orders may require additional processing time. BioCeuticals ordered in multiple quantities may be combined into fewer bags unless otherwise requested at checkout.
Sales exclude: BioCeuticals, Golden Elixir, Pre-orders, Backorders, Talismans, Malas, Thankas. Coupons must be used at checkout. No post-purchase discounts will be applied.
We do not maintain a customer service team and are unable to make special accommodations nor make special requests. We are not responsible for custom arrangements nor the condition, precision, or outcome of any such requests, including, but not limited to, items, instructions, or customizations not expressly supported by our store. This website remains operational for access to overstock and limited inventory only. It is unlikely any inventory will be replenished at this time. Images do not always reflect the item you will receive and all sizes are approximate. Orders are processed as we are able and may be delayed around retreats and other events. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
Customers outside the U.S. order at their own risk. We do not verify international customs laws, regulations, or restrictions. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm whether products are permitted before ordering.
We ship all international packages DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid). You may be responsible for duties or taxes collected upon delivery. These are not charged at checkout and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
If a package is seized or returned due to customs regulations, we do not offer refunds.
LOST, DAMAGED, OR LATE PACKAGES
Golden Age Treasures™ is not liable for packages lost or delayed by the carrier. Once a package is handed to USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other carriers, all responsibility is transferred. You may track and communicate with the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your package is delayed or lost, please allow at least 30 days from the last update before initiating an inquiry. We do not insure packages unless you request to add insurance before completing checkout. If available, we will send a link to add insurance costs. Be sure to wait for this link before you checkout. Otherwise, most carrier-insured packages are covered up to $100 by default.
We do not offer replacements or refunds for spilled or damaged items due to shipping. You may request to add insurance for an additional fee. Please contact us before checking out to include this.
